My guess is that this is from late 30s to mid 40s.

Camera and case are in great condition.  There is some gunk on the film door pressure plate. I was able to remove some after I took the photos so hopefully the rest can come off with a bit of work.

The camera works well EXCEPT, the speeds below 1/25th don't work as they should. Probably a sticky shutter. I'm not about to take this apart! I'd probably ruin it.

The lens is pretty nice with a small issue. I was able to clean most of the elements, but I could not get the two rear elements apart and it appears that there is a bit of fog along the edges of the innermost lens.

In the video the speed is set at 1/25th of a second.
