The item was brand new and sealed in the package, but unfortunately I had to open it to confirm that this was the case (by checking if the interior accessories were unopened), so I am technically listing this as "Used". The outside box has some light sticker residue on the front. 

This release does NOT include the TOM Preorder Bonus book accessory.
