Combined Postage / Postage Refunds. I aim to charge  my actual costs of postage and handling. However, the eBay check out has become compromised when seeking a combined invoice. 

In the event that you pay postage on each item, I will refund the excess postage (over a few dollars) less any eBay and PayPal fees charged on that excess postage (currently about  15%). These fees can no longer be effectively recovered.
