- Firstly, ensure the civic radiator is cool to the touch to reduce the risk of burns when installing our bracket.
- Remove the 10mm bolt holding on the old radiator stay bracket and remove it from the radiator.
- Remove the rubber grommet inside the old radiator stay and install it in the new Exoracing radiator stay.
- Place the radiator stay over the radiator and move it into place. Put the bolt through the washer and start bolting it down.
- Torque the bolt to a maximum of 5 Ft/lb; any more than this could potentially round or break the bolt.
