This is the 9-disc USA Edition 4K UHD Blu-ray MATRIX Trilogy collection including The Matrix, The Matrix Reloaded and The Matrix Revolutions.

All discs are completely region free and the set also includes a DIGITAL CODE for 4K editions of all 3 movies. PLEASE NOTE THE DIGITAL CODES MAY BE EXPIRED ALREADY AND MAY NOT WORK. Please do not purchase if you are looking to use the digital codes.

STEELBOOK RISKS AND RETURN POLICY

1. Please note that all steelbook purchases carry the inherent risk of some flaws/scratches/dents getting revealed when the shrink wrap is removed. I cannot guarantee the areas of the steelbook which I cannot see. PLEASE DO NOT OPEN THE SHRINK WRAP if you want to return the steelbook.

2. I will examine the steelbook as well as I can before shipping it. I will not ship any item with visible flaws unless mentioned in the listing or will inform you over an email and get your approval before shipping. That is the best I can do.

3. Please note discs can get dislodged from hubs during shipping. I personally do not consider it a flaw, but if you are particular about it and keep your steelbooks sealed, please return it to me sealed and unopened for a full refund. Buyer will need to pay for return shipping.

4. I will accept any domestic US returns for a full refund AS LONG AS THE ITEM CONDITION IS IDENTICAL to as it was when sent to you and the shrink wrap is NOT OPENED. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. Please pack it well to avoid any damage in transit (please use the packaging I sent it in if you still have it). If there is any damage or if the item is not in the condition as sent to you, I will not be able to give a full refund.

5. In case of returns for numbered limited edition sets, I will check the serial number of the returned set against the one shipped out. If the numbers do not match, I will not be able to process a refund. I am sorry but I have suffered in the past when I was returned a damaged set which was not purchased from me.

6. Please note I have an increased handling time due to some personal constraints. I will try to ship items as soon as I can, but it can take up to the handling time indicated. Thank you for your patience.

7. Please note the free shipping included is by MEDIA MAIL. With the current USPS standards, it can easily take up to 4 weeks for delivery. I will pack very securely, so there is no issue using media mail, but please use Priority Shipping if you want the items quickly.
