· PAYMENTS: On buy it now purchases,payment is required immediately. On any winning auction, you are expected tocomplete payment within a reasonable amount of time, eBay’s policy is set at amaximum of 4 days. If you fail to make a payment on a winning auction, youraccount will receive an unpaid strike. All payments must be made through eBay’sPayment System. At this time no other form of payment is being accepted. We donot accept payments outside of eBay’s payment system, please do not ask, youwill be reported to eBay. If you fail to make a payment on an item, we reservethe right to block you from making or attempting to make future purchases fromus. 

· CANCELLATIONS: We reserve the right tocancel any transactions from eBay members with multiple negative feedback, orthat we deem is a risk to our business or a risk to the transaction, where webelieve the buyer may try and defraud or deceive our business. We also may ormay not honor a request for a cancellation from a buyer. Most timescancellations will not be granted because items are shipped fairly quicklyafter payment is made. 

· HANDLING TIME: Handling time is the sameday if the payment is completed before 3PM CDT. 

· DOMESTIC SHIPPING (Within the United States):Shipping on most items is usually an economy class of shipping, such as FedExSmartPost or USPS First Class Mail and takes approximately 5-12 business daysafter being shipped. Other shipping options are available, but do incur anextra fee, paid in part by you. This quicker shipping speed can be USPSPriority Mail 3-5 business days, FedEx Home/Ground 3-6 business days, andsometimes overnight or 1-day shipping. Please see the listing for theappropriate shipping options and what is available to you. Larger or heavieritems may incur an extra shipping cost. Total delivery times can be expectedfrom 4-8 business days on domestic deliveries in the United States,  

· INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (Outside the UnitedStates): Shipping on many items we have on eBay that are going to countriesoutside the United States are usually shipped with eBay’s internationalshipping program. Depending on your world location in relationship to the USA,shipping times vary greatly. Canadian shipments usually are completed within7-10 business days. European countries are usually 14-25 business days. Theremainder of the world can take upwards of a month or longer. Please keep thisin mind when ordering. If you need an expedited shipping service, please reachout to us. Do keep in mind that direct shipping to you internationally can be3-4x the price of what the eBay international shipping rates are. We do notdiscount our rate because of import duties that your resident country mayimpose. If we do not offer eBay international shipping program, there isusually a restriction on the item or another reason we do not offer it on aspecific product or to a specific world location. Please remember you areresponsible for import duties, taxes, and any other fees that your countryimposes on imported goods. 

· SIGNATURE / INSURANCE: We are required tohave a direct signature on orders of more than $750 completed on eBay. There isno way around this, this is to protect our business, as well as you the buyer.We may require a signature on packages that are valued as little as $200at our own discretion. We require this for our own protection and for the protectionof the buyer. Most of the time if you are not available to accept a packagethat requires a signature, it can be forward to the Post Office, signed foronline through Informed Delivery, or picked up from the Post Office after adelivery attempt. Please note that this is only on packages shipped via USPS.We also ship FedEx and UPS. Most of the time packages can be forwarded to aFedEx location or UPS store and can be done easily on their respective app orby calling their customer service and providing them with the tracking number.Packages over $500 will be fully insured for the entire value of the package.If the package is valued at less than $500 and you have a concern with deliveryor have delivery issues in the past, please message us immediately aftercompleting the payment, so we can insure the package. 

· RETURNED TO SENDER / UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES: Shipmentsthat are returned to sender because of incorrect addresses, entered in by youthe buyer to eBay’s system, will have a refund applied minus the outboundshipping cost. This refund usually takes place the same business day or a daylater, after the package is received back. Full refunds will not be given onorders where the buyers address is incorrect with eBay and the Post Officecannot properly forward. Please make note that if you have moved or changedaddresses, that you make the update in eBay before you make any purchase. Oncea purchase is made, the address cannot be changed on the seller’s end. It mustbe shipped to the address recorded with eBay. We WILL NOT change an addressafter the payment is completed. 

· RETURNS: Returns are most likely allowedwithin 30 days after you receive the item, UNLESS they are trading cardsof any sort, including PSA/BGS/BCCG graded cards. If returns are allowed, theyare to be made through eBay’s automatic return system. As the seller, we do notprovide you directly a shipping label to return the item. You must follow thereturn an item on the actual purchased item. Once the 30-day window haselapsed, you will no longer be able to return the item. You must return theitem in the original condition as pictured in the listing. If there is a defector issue with the item, please send us a message on eBay to inform us about thedefect. If we receive an item back from you, the buyer, in a condition otherthan how it was originally sent, you will receive either a reduced return orwill not receive a return and eBay will be then notified that you have notreturned the proper item. If you receive a graded trading card that is damaged,please contact us within 2 business days of delivery. We will work with you torectify the situation in a swift manner. 

· SUSPECTED FRAUD ATTEMPTS: Any attempts offraudulent purchases will be handled by all eBay and local laws affecting thesale. Unauthorized transactions by utilizing a fraudulent credit card or otherform of payment, will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Anyattempts to deceive or to defraud the seller will be enforced by eBay. 

· TRADING CARD GUIDELINES: Condition Notes: Weexpress no guarantee on any specific card condition that are deemed as RAW /Ungraded. We strive to list all imperfections that raw cards have. However, wemay not always notice slight defects. These slight defects can be anything fromoff-centering more than 60/40 or even 70/30. Slight edge wear or slight cornerissues. At times, especially with chrome style cards, they may have scratcheson the front of the card or even the back of the card. These cards are prone toscratching more than your typical “paper” cards. Raw ungraded cards will not beassessed any sort of “condition” note, nor do we try and asses a “grade” to anyraw ungraded cards. Ungraded cards are strictly that, ungraded and may comewith condition issues. Some cards may even come with minor impressions or dentsin them that we do not notice at the time of listing. If you are expecting topurchase a raw card from us or anyone online, do not anticipate that the cardif being sent for grading, will be graded a 10 without inspecting it with yourown in person eye. If you have questions or additional concerns and do notunderstand the above statements regarding raw trading cards, please either askus before purchasing, or do not buy raw/ungraded cards from us. As a seller, westrive to always list the utmost of quality cards that we have in ourinventory. There is no intention to try and deceive a buyer whatsoever byhiding any condition notes. But all cards are not perfect, and some if not mostwill have some sort of condition issue with them. 

· TRADING CARD RETURN POLICY: We stand by a strict noreturn policy on trading cards. Trading cards can be considered investments tosome. The card market fluctuates on a day-by-day case. The card market has manyfactors, including time of year, real-life events, and overall as a whole,market fluctuations. Because of this, we do not accept returns on anyraw/ungraded or even graded cards. However, if there are any transit issueswith the card once you receive it, please contact us immediately. We alwaysstrive to rectify the situation with our customers. If you have concerns aboutthe card in the listing, please contact us before purchasing. We always striveto list our cards with the correct description and let the buyer know if thereare any condition issues. Please see the above condition note on raw / ungradedcards. 

· OUR GUARANTEE: You will receive theitem(s) that you see in the pictures on this listing. You will receive them inthe condition as pictured unless the item is damaged in transit.
