This book combines two works written by W. Scott-Elliot previously published separately: "The Story of Atlantis: A Geographical, Historical and Ethnological Sketch" (xiii + 87 pages) plus "The Lost Lemuria" (44 pages). It's a 5.75"x9" hardcover published in 1914 (a reprint of the second revised edition of 1909) by Theosophical Publishing Society (London).

The book is in acceptable, reading-only condition, with no dust jacket. The maps are missing. The green cloth boards are torn and have loss at the spine, overall wear, various spots and stains. There's an ownership sticker and bookstore ticket to the front pastedown, bookstore stamp to the ffep, many pages have marginal checkmarks in pencil and some pages in the Lemurian section of heavier pencil marks and underlining. The interior is age-toned and pages 13-16 are missing the bottom right corner (text not affected).
