Tallow Skin Repair Cream with jojoba oil contains just TWO ingredients: triple rendered, organic, whipped tallow and jojoba oil.  Jojoba oil has a multitude of skin benefits and gives the tallow cream a softer consistency.

 If you have any concerns about sensitivity or you simply prefer no added oils, then please consider our Only Whipped Tallow which contains just one ingredient…triple rendered, pure whipped tallow with all its amazing skin benefits. It’s slightly firmer than when mixed with jojoba oil, however once on the skin, it will spread seamlessly.

(Essential oil is optional here as well) 

 Our selection of essential oils is 100% pure and of therapeutic quality which we dilute to 1% of the total amount of tallow cream.

Tallow, the star ingredient in all our products, is truly a skin healing and rejuvenating miracle…in fact, you could call it ‘The Superfood in Skincare’. 

This whipped tallow cream is rich in nutrients, gentle on the body and wonderfully moisturising for your skin.  It creates an all-day barrier for your skin during all-seasons of the year and is especially healing for dry skin that struggles to maintain moisture. It can be used for all ages and on all skin types. (If using on babies or small children it may be best to leave out the essential oils.)

Tallow is ultra rich in the same kinds of lipids that are found naturally in youthful, healthy looking skin and has nutrient-dense, bio-identical fat which is loaded with vitamins A, D, E, and K, which are all directly absorbed by the skin. Tallow is renowned for its ability to nourish, hydrate, and rejuvenate leaving your skin naturally glowing and radiantly healthy.

The use of tallow for healing and moisturising the skin is nothing new, it’s a practise that is thousands of years old and has withstood the test of time for good reason.

***Please note: The consistency of tallow is temperature dependent and changes from winter to summer.  Regardless of the consistency, tallow is extremely nourishing and will melt into your skin when rubbed on. 

Now that we are heading into winter, your tallow will be firmer than usual. To soften it, simply keep it in a warm area and rub between fingers or palms before applying. Once on your skin, your body temperature will ensure that your tallow cream is easily and seamlessly spreadable. 

***Another tip, I personally use the handle end of a teaspoon to scoop the tallow out with so as to avoid any possible contamination. This also helps to get the tallow out of the jar when it's firmer in the cold months.
