This rosette-timbale set was made by Nordic Ware during the early 1950s. Rosettes are sweet melt-in-your-mouth Scandinavian delicacies and timbales are pretty pastry shells that hold sweet or savory filings.This set’s dual-pronged handle allows two cookies to be fried at once. This rosette-timbale set is an example of Nordic Ware’s early cookware that was made and marketed to appeal to Minnesota’s large Scandinavian population. This Set includes 4 original molds, 4 additional molds (acquired separately), original handle, & recipe booklet.

The additional playing-card-suit mold has a larger mounting hole than the handle requires.
