Constantine "Gus" Yatron was a member of the U.S. House of Representatives, for the Pennsylvania 6th congressional district from 1969 to 1993. 

Mr. Yatron was born and lived much of his life in the Reading, PA area.

The Gus Yatron Post Office, in Reading, PA is named in Mr. Yatron's honor

Other notable accomplishments:

• Member of the PA Senate /11th district - Jan. 3, 1961 - Nov. 20, 1968
• Member of the PA House of Representatives / Berks County - Jan. 1, 1957 - Nov. 30, 1959
• Member of the Kutztown University Athletic Hall of Fame - Football
• Heavyweight division professional boxer - Record of 13-2-1
