đLUCKYLIBBYâS MOM REVIEWđ: Our son loves Elmo & Sesame Street and is currently at the tail-end, so to speak, of potty training. He LOVES the seat and it really helped increase his interest in the whole process. We hadnât had much luck prior with a couple of the fancy mini-toilet kinds. He enjoyed pointing at and naming all of his Sesame Street friends before climbing on. This seems minor but it helped calm his anxiety and kept him focused on the task at hand. Potty training went from something he wanted no part of, to being something he was much more curious and open to trying.
The Elmo Potty Time DVD is fantastic and was an absolute game changer! It covers all the bases your child needs to know about using the potty so they can be confident and comfortable when doing the deed. It captures their attention with many catchy tunes in typical Sesame Street fashion - the type that you catch yourself singing in the car AFTER youâve dropped them off at pre-K or day care! Our son watched it over and over and then, finally, one day it happened! He grabbed my arm, pulling me towards the bathroom, saying âMama, Elmo Potty Time!â, âDo YOU need to go potty?!â âYea-yeaâ (itâs always âYea-Yeaâ said with pure excitement - so cute!đĽ°). Now whenever he has to go, he yells âElmo potty timeâ and we run to the bathroom! đ
