These spokes came from an older early 2000s Shimano Ultegra wheel that I unlaced recently because someone wanted to buy the 28h Ultegra hub separately. They are all in good shape, no issues with removal.
I believe they are 265mm, see last photo. Also pretty sure they are stainless steel
