On offer is a large sized 265pF single gang air dielectric variable capacitor.

It measures about 4.00 inches wide x 3.20 inches, [to allow clearance of the rotor], x 5.00 inches, including the rotor shaft.  The rotor shaft, which is about 1.00 inches long, is joined to rotor with an insulated coupling. The capacitor is of all metal construction, apart from the stator mounting, and is mounted by three [3] screws into insulated bushes on the front plate; this gives the user the option that the capacitor and rotor / rotor shaft need not be at earth or chassis potential unless required. The weight of the capacitor is 534gms.

I have listed this as 265pF, and this example has a swing of 15.3pF to 266.9pF as measured on a Peak LCR40 component analyser, and shown in photographs 11 and 12 [for info].
