I got this hat among many others from a life long sports collector (all autographed, and he had a story for every single hat or clothing item - pretty incredible (the stories and his memory). He had a garage full of unbelievable sports memorabilia, including some game worn jerseys and basketball suits! He had magazines, hats, bobble heads, anything sports related you name it. He has been slowly selling his collection for 4 years now, and told me that anything I didn’t buy was going to auction shortly after. Long story short, this is a beautiful gem. There is no certification of authentication, he was at these games and personally got all of these autographs himself, so he didn’t really have a desire for authenticating them.
