FASHION DESIGNERS + Have enjoyed many years trading on the large UK eBay online platform selling a range of clothing and accessories.
LISTINGS + Our site offers a number of different auction styles. Fashion-Designers endeavour to represent our products correctly. Each item is checked carefully, particularly sizing. Major defects known to us where appropriate are listed. Clothing used items are likely to show signs of wear, as are vintage, and therefore, we categorise these for general guidance as 'excellent,' 'very good' or 'good' condition noted in our listings.
EXCELLENT - Very light wear - hard to see signs of wear - generally all buttons & zips in working order, original belts provided where applicable.
VERY GOOD - Has been worn, but may show more visible obvious signs of wear on fabrics.
GOOD - The item is more likely to be listed for it’s vintage, collectable or iconic appeal. It may have stains, marks, holes, missing buttons or belts but can still be worn.
PICTURES + Pictures are taken with digital cameras and capture the main features of the products, with selected products also on video. If you are specifically colour matching with another item, please be aware that sometimes colours may differ when viewing, due to the settings of your monitors. This is not our fault or a fault of the product.
GARMENT CARE + A freshener is used in the pressing process which sometimes can linger on certain fabrics. Garments should be aired. We do advise customers to dry clean / wash used items prior to wearing. We provide you with a garment care leaflet for pure cashmere items.
ORDERS + Before ordering, please ensure you have read all parts of the listing, including this seller’s item description page and these conditions of sale, and the item specifics page carefully, particularly sizing information where appropriate. Orders are welcomed placed in the eBay ordering system and will be despatched by 9 am or by the next working day.
PAYMENT + Payment is strictly taken through eBay and their third parties offering most major credit cards, Visa and Mastercard, Paypal and GPay options.
DISPATCH + Items are wrapped in eBay branding re-cycled packaging. A Packing Note is included with your order.
We endeavour to keep prices low for our customers and use Royal Mail tracked postal services, free of charge to UK addresses.
A special delivery service is available which can be purchased additionally at the time of your order for speedier receipt. Friday ordering will incur an additional charge levied by the dispatcher for Saturday delivery. Please message us before proceeding to checkout and paying if you wish to use this service.
Sometimes we use other services where the orders or products require this, at no extra cost to our customers. We do not deliver to PO addresses.
Please ensure you provide any messages regarding the delivery and nominated safe place, when applicable, whilst checking out.

LENGTH OF DELIVERY TIMES + eBay provide you with an estimated delivery date. If products do not arrive within eBays estimated delivery date provided at the time of ordering, please contact us. This can be due to localised unforeseen delays by the delivery provider and/or national industrial action.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS + We use the eBay Global shipping programme only. International Shipping Fees are visible online when viewing the item and notified to you prior to you making payment. We have no control over these fees. It is essential to order and pay for all items together in one checkout. Deliveries are sent free of charge to eBay’s UK Global Dispatch Centre for customs clearance & processed for forward transit to respective international destinations.
RECEIVING YOUR DELIVERY + A packaging note is enclosed with order providing important information. Please take note to contact us with 24 hours of receipt if you have any concerns about your choice.
(1) Our customers are delighted with their products. However, we do accept returns within 14 business working days, in line with the current Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Open an eBay's return case choosing 'item doesn't fit' and follow eBay's instructions. Wrap the item well re-using the eBay item plastic bag where possible and return promptly. eBay will charge your account for using the return service. All returns are fully examined on receipt. A refund will be provided when received, checked and processed. Any abuse of this service will be brought to your and eBay's attention and may not be refunded in full.
(2) Should you consider that there may be other reasons for returning your order, please message us through eBay messaging BEFORE opening a case and we will try to help with your problem.

FRAUD + Suppliers now ask us to remove parts or all of the original ticketing, labels and packaging to combat growing fraud. Garments may also be discreetly marked inside.
FEEDBACK + We leave feedback when the transaction is completed satisfactorily. Feedback is appreciated, however any malicious, false or misleading feedback left will be reported to eBay.
Any suspicious activity will be reported to eBay and/or the appropriate authorities.
