Bound in fine contemporary green calf over marbled boards, with the title in gilt to an elegant cartouche. Original marbled endpapers.

Externally it remains in pleasing order indeed; the calf largely fresh and the hinges strong.

Internally the pages are broadly bright, save the occasional spot/mark. A portion of the illustrations have been touched-in with watercolours.
