Most of our items come as NEW SURPLUS from local government municipalities, universities, businesses, etc. who sign an affidavit confirming the condition of the items listed. Please be aware because we are dealing with Surplus, Old Stock, etc. items may still not work due to their age, human error, etc. 

Parts or not Working items are given a GENERAL INSPECTION and sold AS / IS NO WARRANTY NO RETURN and may have additional issues beyond the item description.

IF THERE IS A RETURN, THE EXACT ITEM WITH OUR SECURITY MARKINGS AND/OR STICKERS AND SERIAL NUMBERS MUST MATCH IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A REFUND. INSIDE COMPONENTS CAN NOT BE REPLACED OR FOUND TO BE TAMPERED - ORIGINAL PHOTOS, SERIAL NUMBERS ARE KEPT ON FILE HERE AT OUR WAREHOUSE.
