This original German WII shoulder board belonged to a Medical Captain's uniform. It features silver braid with royal blue piping.  The two rosettes indicates the rank of Captain while the gold Caduceus indicates his Medical branch.  It is likely that this shoulder board belonged to a doctor. It is 4 1/4" long x m1 1/4" wide. This piece is guaranteed authentic.
