PACKAGING & SHIPPING:

I package all items very carefully to make sure they arrive undamaged.

We will combine shipping for all customers that purchase 3 items or more. Once all items are paid for and the shipping label is printed. Excess shipping charges will be refunded back to your account. This is due to continuous raises in USPS shipping prices. You will only be charged the standard shipping price based on weight, size of box and rate of shipping. Any purchases over $100 will be signature required. WE DO NOT SHIP TO POST OFFICE BOXES OR ANY ADDRESS THAT IS NOT YOUR LISTED ADDRESS WITH EBAY. NO EXCEPTIONS.

I use delivery confirmation for domestic shipments and will have tracking information available in your order details area once a shipment has been processed.  Shipments generally leave from the U.S. Post Office within 2-3 business days after receiving the PayPal payment.  Typically, there is no insurance included in my shipping

It is very rare for packages to go missing, but it does happen. Slow & Pokey Customs will replace with same item if we have one if not a full refund will be issued, As long as the address provide by Ebay is correct!

WE DO OUR BEST TO CLEAN AND SANITIZE ALL LOOSE CARS. ALL my cars stored in the plastic zip lock style bags . We do not guarantee that the item will be completely free of dust, sticker residue, etc. 
For used items it may show minimum to moderate cosmetic wear and may have some noticeable dents, scratches, scuffs, sticker residue, dust, and other wear. Which you will see in the pictures.
