This set is a TODDLER size so probably ages 2-4 years old. It is gently used. Neck strap is velcro, waist it tie. The hat has an elastic band to stretch. Apron does have two separate pockets. See pictures for details. Hat and apron both say Lil’ Cup Cake on them.
