Up for bid is a game used baseball used on August 23, 2023 at Minute Maid Park.  This baseball was pitched by Urquidy to Abreu in the Top of the 5th inning.  The baseball was thrown for 3 pitches!   

In this game, the Red Sox beat the Astros 7 to 5.  Adam Duvall had a Home Run for the Red Sox, and Martin Maldonado had a homer for the Astros.  This was Wilyer Abreu's 2nd career game where he went 0 for 4.    

The baseball was removed from play and authenticated by Major League Baseball.  The MLB authentication record is shown and can be found in the online database.
