À propos du thé Pu'er :
L'histoire chinoise du thé Pu'er est fascinante. Le thé Pu'er est l'un des plus anciens types de thé en Chine avec une riche histoire de plus de 1700 ans qui remonte à la dynastie Han orientale (25-220 après JC). À son apogée de popularité, le thé Pu'r était librement échangé et même utilisé comme monnaie pour le troc de marchandises. Brasser le thé Puerh :
Pour faire du thé, vous devez contrôler la température de l'eau, ce qui affecte grandement l'arôme et le goût de la soupe au thé. Pu'er Tea demande l'eau bouillie du 95 ??100.
La quantité de thé peut dépendre du goût personnel, en général, 3-5 grammes de thé correctement avec 150 millilitres d'eau, et la proportion de thé par rapport à l'eau entre 1:50-1:30.
Pour l'arôme plus pur du thé, il est nécessaire de réchauffer le thé, c'est-à-dire de verser l'eau bouillie immédiatement pour la première fois, ce qui peut avoir 1, 2 fois.
