To keep costs down and offer you the best prices, some items ship directly from our small warehouse in China. For larger items that can be folded without compromising quality, we opt for this method to significantly lower shipping expenses. You pay no shipping fee but we still have to pay shipping to get the item to you. Let's be honest: at such low prices that we offer, with no shipping, you really need to compromise on something. Our compromise is when shipping. We could send our items in large, nice boxes, but that would add at least 40 USD/EUR minimum on top of the item price. I'm sure you would not like that, as we don't too!! 

No fretting needed – your items are resilient! While they might arrive folded, they'll quickly bounce back to their original shape in a few days. In the case of pet beds, we include some handy tips on how to restore your item to its pristine shape in case you want a perfect shape immediately. This item will be sent folded. Don't fret—once you open the package, your delightful noodle pot shape will spring back to life after a little while! It's a little quirk we embrace to ensure you get the best value.

🍜 Restoring the Perfect Shape: If you'd like to speed up the process or prefer a more upright shape, here's a quick tip:

• Insert Towels (or your preferred filler): Pack the cat bed with towels or other items (even your cat's favourite blanket) without distorting the original shape.

• Lightly Spray with Water: Use a spray bottle to dampen the fabric and/or filling of the bed/tunnel. You can spray on the outside walls and on the inside too. No need to soak; a good misting is perfect.

• Let It Dry Naturally: Leave the bed/tunnel to dry naturally, either under the sun or in a warm room, with the towels inside until completely dry.

• Another method: You could also use the steam from your iron but be careful on which type of fabric you use it. It’s fine for felt based items but not for polyester based fabric. If in doubt, always go with the spray bottle method.
