By buying from me you agree to wait up to 4 weeks for USPS to do the initial scan or delivery of your package before it can be considered lost because I've seen USPS not scan a package at all until it is out for delivery 3 weeks later.
Any attempts at fraud, such as filing an eBay claim to return a different item to what was sent to you, will be reported to your police department, my police department, USPS Postal Inspectors and the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) for mail fraud.
