Vintage 1990's Girls Floral Spring Easter Dress Size 6X Teal Pink Layered Collar

100% cotton.

Buttons n the back. Has puff sleeves with bows. Has two buttons in the back. Unlined. High empire waist with full skirt that drops to knees or slightly lower. 

Measurements (all measurements taken when garment is laid flat):

Shoulder to hem: 24" 

Across shoulders: 10.5"

Chest (underarm to underarm): 13-14"

The dress is clean and in good condition, but does have a bit of a scent - either from storage or a strong detergent.
