I have over a dozen pairs of Theory pants and this style is my absolute favorite! Sadly, I am no longer a size 2 and must part with these. (If you have these in a size 4 or 6, I want them!!)

Mid rise, with a slim fitting boot cut leg, these pants are on trend, PLUS a bit luxe! The soft, lightweight wool suiting fabric has 3% Lycra to give just enough stretch to gently hug your curves. In a goes-with-everything elegant black. Belt loops let you neatly show off a belt, or wear with top untucked for a more casual effect. A pair of true three-season pants, comfortable in all kinds of weather as they breathe with you!

Very versatile pants you can wear with a sweater top on a casual outing, with a career blazer to work, or with a sequined dinner jacket out for an evening. (I wore them with a black sequined dinner jacket, myself!). They really can go anywhere.

BTW, the patch pockets with buttoned flaps on the rear make your *ss look FANTASTIC!! This is a trick used by celebrities everywhere. (Strategically placed pockets-- especially with flaps-- on the backside make almost any bum look round and shapely!)

There's also a very nice crease in the legs-- just enough to look sharp and neat. Creases also help the garment to keep its shape.

If you are the buyer of this listing and for any reason cancel your purchase, you will be charged a $4.00 fee to compensate me for the time I invest in wrapping, boxing, and packaging the item; purchasing and printing out a shipping label, etc. It takes USPS up to two weeks to reimburse me for a label that I don't use. (Even then I still lose money on time and materials wasted. Additionally, Ebay listing fees charged and/or payment processing fees for receiving funds I have to return when you cancel a purchase, are not refundable to me, so I need to cover these costs). Issues
