Always monitor and examine the contact area for signs of rash or sores. If you see any signs of rash or sores discontinue using the product until the skin has healed and readjust the collar to avoid any harm. Wash your pets neck area and contact points on a weekly basis, if your pets hair is too long it may cause the receiver to not function properly.
