Our Deposit System

Step 1 You buy a deposit item from us, such as an injection nozzle
Step 2 First pay only the purchase amount via eBay. After that you still have to pay the deposit. You can transfer the deposit either via Paypal or by bank. If you would like to pay the deposit via Paypal, first log in to Paypal, then go to “Send money / Pay for goods and services” and enter our email address (see imprint) and pay the deposit amount. The deposit is 50 euros per item. If you don't have a Paypal account, you can also pay by bank. The bank details will be sent to you as a message after your purchase via Ebay.
Step 3 After paying the deposit, your order will be shipped to you.
Step 4 You will receive a deposit voucher in your order package. Fill out this deposit slip and put it in the package when you send your old parts back to us. The shipping costs for the old parts shipments must be borne by the buyer. The old parts must be returned to us within 15 working days of receipt of the order
Step 5 After receiving your old part shipment, you will usually receive your deposit amount back within 3-4 working days.
The deposit must be paid within 5 days, if this is not the case, we will pay back the purchase price with the justification for canceling the purchase at the buyer's request.
