What Happens If I Have a Problem?

We offer great value on original printing consumables. We know sometimes things can go wrong, and we aim to put them right as quickly and efficiently as possible.

If you have received faulty or damaged item(s) or, for any reason, received what appears to be incorrect goods, please contact us and explain your problem.

We will respond within 1 working day.

Provided the product is within its warranty period, we will arrange, at our expense, the return of the product and send replacement goods within 1 working day.

Please do not return goods until you have heard back from us. Unauthorised returns will be refused.

Can I Change My Mind?

Yes! If you need to return goods for any other reason, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refunds can only be made if the item is returned in the same condition it was received, including all documentation and the original, unopened packaging.

Your return package must contain your eBay user ID or order number. Postage is the responsibility of the buyer.

Damaged Items & Discrepancies

Any shortages or damage to your delivery must be reported to My Printing Supplies Ltd within 24 hours of receipt. Provided that this notice is given, we will collect, replace, or refund the item free of charge.

Any delivery discrepancy must be notified to us within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. Goods delivered damaged should be signed for accordingly, and My Printing Supplies Ltd should be notified in writing within 24 hours. Please retain all damaged goods and packaging.

Our standard estimated delivery timeframe is between 2-3 working days. We dispatch orders daily, Monday - Friday, and we aim to dispatch ALL orders within 1 working day of receiving cleared payment. During peak periods, our dispatch lead times may vary.

We do not offer a guaranteed delivery date with our standard FREE shipping option. If you require a guaranteed delivery date, please select the appropriate shipping option at checkout.
