Although "promo" isn't printed on the cassette, this is in fact the promo tape that was given out to select retail shops back in 1995. 

If you're familiar with the design of the version of this cassette that was released for sale in stores, you'll notice that the design (text, logos, etc) is totally different than this one is. 

This cassette was obtained in a collection of a former record shop owner here in New Jersey. It was NOT made with any inserts or artwork. 

Comes from a pet/smoke-free home.
