Purchased in October , receipt in images, missing the screw driver and missed the 90 day return window of 01/21/24. Works great but the voltage confuses my old outdated furnace so had to go back to a standard thermostat.

The actual dial looks clean when mounted . Uninstalled you can some see minor surface scratches .

Needs to have a control wire to power/run device

Does not run on batteries alone !
