This is an Apple genuine, used rear case from a Black 2020 iPhone 12 6.1".

The edges of the casing are in decent overall condition.  There are scratches at the lower right corner.  The rear glass is in good condition with just a few small scratches.  Everything is shown in the pictures.  The flex cable going to the 5G antenna that solders to the back of the logic board might be damaged at the connector.  There is old adhesive still remaining in the edges where the glass sits in place.  What you see is what is included.
