The wire hour meter is by far the cheapest and most reliable instrument available on the market.
By reading the current from the spark plug cable, the hour meter detects the operation of the engine and only counts the hours of operation of the engine. The passage of current is read by induction and it is therefore not necessary to strip or disconnect any cables. In fact, it is sufficient to wrap the cable supplied for 4 or 5 turns around the spark plug cable to make the hour meter operational.
The device is completely waterproof (IP68) and is designed to work even in the most extreme applications such as off road ones.
The built-in lithium battery guarantees operation for three years without any maintenance.
