Warranty/Return
We offer a 30-day warranty/return window on our items (unless otherwise stated in the listing).
New items in the manufacture's packaging are subject to a 30% restocking fee if they are returned with an opened package.
If an item is defective, we will refund or ship another item (at our discretion) as soon as we receive the defective unit.
Due to recent part harvesting scams, anti-tamper measures have been taken to secure our products against part harvesting. If your radio or accessory has a blue seal over a screw or a hologram sticker over a seam or joint, do not remove it until after your 30-day warranty/return period has expired. Removing the blue screw seal or hologram sticker before your warranty/return period will void your ability to make a warranty claim or return your purchase for any reason. This policy will be strictly enforced.
Shipping
We ship to all 48 states via FedEx, USPS or UPS ground, international shipping is not available, and we do not ship to P.O Boxes. Most of our orders are shipped within 24 hours of the cleared PayPal payment and we only ship during business days (Monday-Friday). If you place and order on a weekend day, your item will be shipped the following business day.
