The tablet is google-account locked, and cannot be used. It cannot go past the setup screen without entering the last used google account. Therefore this item is being sold for parts.
Also, there's an area of the screen that has some slight discoloration that's only viewable when on a black background - see the 2nd photo.
A charger is not included - uses any micro-usb charger.
