1.) This instrument contains no visible model number. Lack of visible OEM model number label is almost certainly of this label having worn away to complete invisibility caused by previous use and maintenance wear.

2.) The upper shaft area contains a custom label applied by previous owner - “OBGYN”. This label is worn and contains fade, yet is clearly visible as depicted.

• Overall structural integrity rated as GOOD including cup and associated edges. Some cup edge wear noted under magnification as depicted. Wear in the form of minor edge bends and / or dings please review images carefully. This worn cup edge area can be viewed in multiple zoomed images of forceps jaw. Area of note is an approximately 1 MM area of outer cup edge as depicted.
• Fluid handle maneuverability and excellent / consistent / uniform jaw / cup response and closure.
• Cup edges appear predominantly intact with good sharp edges (with the exception of the aforementioned area of cup edge wear) under magnification. Jaw mechanism sound with no malformation or damage noted.
• Cosmetically rated as FAIR to POOR overall condition based on the following flaws as noted during various reviews and tests:
• Various instances of scratching noted through ur instrument. Both surface level and some more severe instances as depicted.
