This is for a newly hand built 29 inch 700c Mountain bike wheelset incorporating brand new black 32 hole WTB STi30 rims, brand new black Shimano M475, 6-bolt disc hubs, Halo black spokes and nickel plated brass nipples. The ST range of rims designed by WTB offer a high performing tubeless compatible rim without the costs once involved when considering a tubeless setup. The STi30 with an inner rim width of 29mm is ideal for most styles of riding, everywhere from Cross Country, All Mountain and Gravity trails. Recommended tyre size of 40-72mm (upto 2.8 inch). For use with 6-bolt disc brake rotors and quick release dropouts, the Shimano M475 hubs use cup and cone bearings, and double contact sealing prevents mud ingress. The hubs are set for 100mm and 135mm quick release - skewers provided. The rear freehub will take all standard 8 to 12 speed MTB cassettes. The rims are 3-cross laced to the hubs with new Halo black spokes and new nickel plated brass nipples. This beautiful wheelset has been hand trued, dished and spokes tensioned according to rim manufacturers recommendations. Wheels are bubble wrapped and boxed properly.
