Eyemik Multi-Coated 135/1.8 lens (#531719) with both caps, case and lens hood. M42 mount. 

CONDITION :
  1. Focusing: fully functional at entire range.
  2. Aperture control: fully functional at entire. 
  3. Optics: no fungus, no haze, one small scratch near the edge of front block's glass. Minimal dust/specks inside without impact on imaging.
  4. Cosmetics: slight traces of use (see photos).
Lens was tested - it's sharp and renders as expected.
