Orders will be despatched the within 1 business day of receiving payment. Domestic deliveries are sent via Australia Post or Sendle (Courier). International deliveries by Australia Post Standard or Economy Air. You can choose to collect your item free of charge from ROWVILLE VIC.
Save on Postage
Buy several items from our store and we will combine them into one parcel, whenever possible. This will save you multiple postage costs. The combined postage cost will be calculated at the checkout stage. Contact us before making payment if you feel the postage is incorrect. We will check it, make any necessary changes then send you an invoice.

We pack very carefully with bubble wrap, packing peanuts made from cornstarch, tissue paper and sturdy cardboard boxes made from recycled paper.

Buyers can return their items within 30 days for a refund unless otherwise stated. For change of mind, buyer is responsible for return postage. Contact us within 30 days stating your reason for requesting to return request an item. Items must be returned in resalable condition and original packaging. Refunds can only be credited to the original payment source and may take up to 5 business days to reach your account.
