Cool Pop Figures from a Lego Batman video game promotion. To my knowledge, this was never offered in a stand-alone box, only in a plastic tray in the bigger box. 

GLOWS IN THE DARK! My camera couldn't capture it tho. The batman really doesn't glow much. 

I bought a bunch of these back when they were easy to find and sold off the games and threw away the boxes YEARS ago... (and believe this is my last ones) I cut the interior tray around the figure to help protect it. There are some discoloration marks on the backs, likely from just jostling around in the package. Joker has a couple white spots as well. The front may also have some minor wear tho so take a close look at the pics. 

Ships in a cardboard box! I usually use Uline 200lb crush-strength boxes (compared to the average 32lb crush strength).
