Creamy and emollient.  This makeup remover dissolves and lifts off makeup, dirt, and grime from the skin’s surface, ready to be wiped away or rinsed off for a pristine complexion.   Recommended for normal to dry skin.  May suit all skin types.   Removes the most stubborn of mascara.  This is not a new item.  Please use it at your discretion.
