1998 Tyco Preschool Toys Cookie Monster & Elmo Seesaw Musical Toy

Tested and Music and lights work but the Seesaw movement didn't move on its own, you have to manually move it.

There is some color wear typical with age but most notable is some yellowing/tanning on the backside above the orange star.
