Condition,, the contents are very good, clean, bright, tightly bound and unmarked, NO writing, names, rips, loose or damaged pages. Green cloth boards have a nit-pick tiny bump to two corners and a lightly faded spine, good.

Dustjacket has that tear in the back, see photo, edge-wear and chipping and light marks on the back section.
