I slowly collected these over the years and even graded a couple myself. All are 100% Authentic Guaranteed. Will only go up in value as these English cards were very hard to grade. Typically the cards would be off centered or whitening when pulled pack fresh but all of these are gem mint quality. Would be easy to send to PSA to convert to 10s, especially the Torchic. I just never had the courage to crack any open.
