Description:

Please find for offer a papier-mache circular snuff box, dating to circa 1810. The cover is finely hand-painted with a portrait of a lady in a white dress and wearing a necklace and earrings. The box has a black interior and is unsigned.

Diameter: 7.6cm. Height: 1.9cm.

Condition:

The painting has fine craquelure and a minor small knock to the left side next to the edge. Age related wear as expected but otherwise in good condition. Please examine photos carefully.
