I use delivery confirmation for domestic shipments and will have tracking information available in your order details area once a shipment has been processed. Shipments generally leave from the U.S. Post Office within 2-3 business days after receiving the PayPal payment. Typically, there is no insurance included in my shipping

It is very rare for packages to go missing, but it does happen. Slow & Pokey Customs will replace with same item if we have one if not a full refund will be issued, As long as the address provide by Ebay is correct!
