Delivery:
Pallet courier service - This means the appliance will be palletised, handled and delivered on a pallet. It is a kerbside delivery service so please ensure you can make arrangements to get the appliance into your premises as the driver is unable to do this. If sufficient access is available the driver may be able to bring the pallet to your door but this will be at their discretion.
It is also essential we have a telephone number to arrange delivery so please do provide one to avoid and delay in shipping your product
· We are unable to dispatch any items unless we have a valid contact number (preferably mobile).
· Couriers are only insured to deliver to the kerbside or your door (at discretion, depending on access) and not inside the premises. Please ensure you can arrange the means to get the appliance in to your home.
· We use a variety of Courier companies and a Pallet service to send out items. The delivery method depends on your location and delivery demands. The pallet company will call to arrange a delivery day but cannot give an exact time. In cases where they are unable to make contact with you, the product will be held in their warehouse until you call them to arrange delivery.
· Items sent via courier companies may be delivered to your door as long as sufficient access is available as this is a one man delivery.
· Please open and check your appliance or product before signing the delivery note. If item is damaged beyond item description then please either refuse delivery or mark delivery note as damaged. Failure to do this at the point of delivery will invalidate any future claims for transit damage.
