This alternator is a Left Hand, 45 amp, Lucas A115 type, brand new unit which fits many vehicles from the Ford Sierra, Granada, Capri, Escort, Cortina, Transit to agricultural and commercial vehicles too numerous to list.

This unit will directly replace many of the older Lucas ACR applications.

This unit has the flanged front bracket enabling the fitting of a 5 inch fan for better cooling at lower RPM.

The shaft is 17mm diameter with a woodruff key, so can be used with an old pulley you may have, if a different size.

"Left hand" refers to the alignment of the mounting holes on the front bracket in relation to the rear bracket.  We also have the "right hand" version of this unit.

These are brand new, non-exchange units and have been fully bench tested by us to ensure they are in perfect working order.
