Joseph Deni was born August 22, 1926 in Oakfield New York and passed away July 10 2017 at the age of 90.

Joseph was a self taught folk artist.

He owned and operated Joseph Deni’s Barber Shop on Ross St. in Batavia for many years. He was a well known artist in Batavia New York, avid painter and one of the founders of the Batavia Society of Artists.
