7....average condition, may show more noticeable scratches, bag chatter or small nicks/pebble marks on the sole/face from use over a season or two. It measures 37.5” from the ground at address to the top of the grip. The original Tour Edge grip is in average shape, so may consider an upgrade upon purchase depending on your tolerance.
